IPL Hair Removal Defined

IPL hair removal is performed using a specialized device that emits high-energy intense-pulsed light, a gentle beam of light that passes through the skin to the hair follicle where it is absorbed. The light's energy is transformed into heat, which destroys the hair follicle while leaving the surrounding skin unaffected.
